fix(installer): skip n8n prompts when n8n profile is not active

load COMPOSE_PROFILES early in 05_configure_services.sh so is_profile_active guards n8n workflow import and worker config sections, avoiding confusing prompts for users who don't use n8n
feat: add appsmith low-code platform for internal tools
